Effective date: September 22, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of punjablucky.com. By accessing the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Informational service only

PUNJABLUCKY.COM publishes result records, schedules, archives, and related information for informational and journalistic purposes. The site does not accept bets, collect stakes, pay winnings, operate a gambling service, or act as an agent for any betting operator.

Adult and lawful use

The site is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. You are responsible for determining whether viewing or using this information is lawful where you live. You must not use the site to facilitate unlawful gambling, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, scraping that disrupts the service, or any other illegal activity.

No guarantee of accuracy

Results, schedules, timestamps, links, and other information may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. You should independently verify important information. We may change, correct, suspend, or remove content without notice.

No warranties

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Advertising and third-party services

The site may display advertising supplied by Google or other third parties and may link to external websites. Advertising does not constitute our endorsement. We do not control third-party content, availability, products, privacy practices, or terms, and your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

Intellectual property

The site's original design, software, text, and organization are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or systematically extract site content except where the law permits or we give written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for losses arising from reliance on site information, unavailable service, third-party content, or unauthorized access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or restrict access to the site at any time. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing rules

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the site operator, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
